Today I'll have a late lunch so breakfast will be a white wheat bun with liverwurst (I know eek, but I have really delicious liverwurst).

Breakfast #1 is just about done cooking - 3 large catfish fillets. The usual - breaded, with lemon juice and horseradish cocktail sauce with a big kick.

Egg-cheese-ham-green pepper omelete, no salt. Buttered blueberry muffins on the side. Tall glass of apple-cranberry juice.

Pumpkin flax granola, my new favorite cereal. It has pepitas in it! Yum yum yum.

Don't skip breakfast, especially if you are trying to lose weight! Studies have shown that breakfast eaters lose more weight than those who don't, all else being equal.

This morning we had leftover turkey chili with egg. It was superb! I've stopped worrying about whether something is 'right' for breakfast/dinner whatever. If it feels right, eat it!
