Lately, it's been a Granny Smith apple cut into wedges and either a couple of sharp cheddar cheese sticks, or a scoop of cottage cheese sprinkled with nutmeg, and coffee with half & half.

New Mexico-style Bacon Roll; Large tortilla containing three thick slices of crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese with that tangy note up front and satisfying finish complemented with potatoes and a very healthy ladle of red chile. YUM!

I had some ground chuck and ground turkey that I wanted to used up so I mixed them together and made sausage sized patties and fried them and eggs over easy, toast, juice and coffee. We're full.

I had a fruit cup (strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, and grapes), an English muffin, and orange juice.

So it's still night time...but, I'm thinking of using up the remaining bananas in a homemade syrup over pancakes tomorrow morning. Better go find the brown sugar now.
