I made a huge burrito with leftovers: grilled steak, corn sliced off a cob, the other half of an avocado, some Beemster Dutch cheese (so flavorful!). Put the sliced beef and cheese onto a tortilla into the scandalous microwave to melt, piled the veg, drizzled with Tabasco and scarfed. It took all of three minutes, which is good beause some mornings you're just ragin' hungry.
