Made a "practice" bacon, eggs, grits casserole. I'm taking one to curch tomorrow morning and wanted to make sure I had it correct. My visiting children and grandchildren loved it.
It looks like I need to get some more bagels because I'm eating the last one. I also am drinking a small glass of orange juice but I still have plenty of that.
