Cheerios with a banana and toast made from a delicious 5 grain levain bread from a local artisan bakery.

Oh and coffee. Can't go without the coffee.

My version of the egg McMuffin, lower cal stye. 100 cal. english muffin lightly toasted, 1 tsp. creamy natural peanut butter, spread while muffin is still hot, top with 2 egg whites, (cooked for 1 minute in the microwave) YUM!
You don't miss the cheese or meat, the creamy warm peanut butter makes up for it, this such a perfect breakfast.
Only 170 calories, plenty of protein, fat and carbs to start the day.
