What's for breakfast part iii (buffet, grilled, frozen, tuna)

Good morning, Cat!

I made myself a small casserole of eggs and beef and peppers and rice, all seasoned nicely with ketchup aquirted on top. Delicious!

Good ole french toast w/that stuff they call syrup; and a glass of milk++ and coffee.

Did not get up in time for breakfast so I ate lunch instead!

Breakfast for Dinner - usually happens abt once a week -- this time was scrambled eggs; bully beef[corned beef fried up with onions, habeneros, garlic, thyme etc]; some pineapple; piece of banana bread. Hot sauce on the side for the eggs. Only thing missing was the Caribbean.
