Steak, an egg cassarole with cheese, peppers and potatoes and apple/walnut muffins. No, I don't do this every morning and no it isn't party time, we just happen to have left over steak and some grilled potatoes plus I made 3 doz muffings yesterday...so when we get home from church it is yummy time.
We're still on this Huevos Rancheros kick so I've been asked to make this again today. Will be more of a brunch at this point.
