Yogurt parfait for me and for hubby I made Irish soda bread french toast. I bought a loaf at the bakery yesterday and made him 3 slices that I dipped in a mixture of eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

Today I made Sunday Brunch for the family

Southwestern themed, I made fresh hash brown potatoes
I cubed the potato with skin on, fried it with onion and jalepeno in olive oil, then steamed, seasoned iwth sea salt pepper, parsley.
I made bacon
For the adults, a simple omelette with spinach and cheese (2 egg minus one yolk)
Homemade biscuits
For the fancy part, grits sweetened with organic agave topped with fried plantain and blueberries

My son said "You have been watching Iron Chef way too much lately"
