We usually have cold cereal with fruit but the kids are having End of Grade tests this week which means no break for almost 4 hours and no snacks. They have sent home notices to fix a hearty breakfast so this morning we all waddled out the door after a breakfast of blueberry waffles and sausage patty and ice cold milk!
My special Swiss muesli with large steel oats, buckwheat honey, lemon juice, almonds,green grapes, apples, banana and milk. With it 2 cups Jasmine green tea. * and a positive outlook for the day*
