Pre gymn Breakfast part 1= A home made juice made from a bunch of Spinach,two apples and 3 carrots,
After gymn Part 2 a few hours later =cup of Greek Yogurt with a handful of blue berries.

Now I'm really getting hungry and I can't wait to get to work so I can have my old fashioned Quaker Oats, 1 pat of butter, 1 tblsp brown sugar, 1 tsp pure Canadian maple syrup, and 1/2 c craisins. With a cup of skim milk and fresh saltine crackers, I can't say how good it is for me but I can say how good it makes me feel... !!!!!
Yep, I went grocery shopping and it felt so good...but it tastes even better!
