organic 100% coconut milk & juice mix, ff cottage cheese, unsweetened coconut flakes, slice of pineapple, chia seeds blended in my Ninja pulse.

couldn't sleep so I concocted this at 4:30 this morning...suprisingly tasty, lol

To lazy to fix bacon but I did find a left over pan fried pork chop that made quite a stand in.
