Today was done at the Old West Cafe in Grapevine, TX. There, I had two grilled pork chops, scrambled eggs, hash browns, an English muffin, and two cups of coffee.

Leftovers from yesterday's breakfast trip to Waffle House. Waffles, cheesy eggs and grits. I still ended up making buttermilk pancakes and turkey sausage and bacon for the rest of the crew.
