Has anyone had anything like "turkey jerky"? Or anything else that is similar to that.

How is it?

I'm looking for something like that to take to work for lunch some days. Red meat doesn't work well for me if I eat it often, and I get tired of sandwiches.

I saw bbq pork flavored jerky at Costco but I didn't buy it.

I wonder if turkey jerky is made with white meat like the OP specified.. seems like it would be overly dry...
