Yesterday we had Mac and cheese with sautéed creminis in it. He had some spicy chicken sausages from Trader Joes with his, I had peas!

Tonight it's Jamie Oliver's spaghetti bolognese. Yum.

Last night we had a big pot of chili along with tortilla chips. It was fantastic.

Tonight, I'm not so sure what we are going to eat.

Tonight we have catfish and huge chicken breasts and tilapia and vegetables. Plus potatoes.
An evening of good eating, and watching, "All in the Family". I may save my chicken breasts to make a chicken parm. sub tomorrow, on baguette. Low sodium tomato sauce + quality mozzarella. Oven baked.... Baby, it's cold outside!

Boneless skinless chicken breasts breaded in bread crumbs with parm, lemon zest and then baked. With that DH wants some homemade applesauce, mashed potatoes and corn.
