Baked salmon with sun-dried tomatoes and mediterranean herbs, steamed veggies, herbed flatbread, and I'm trying to figure out something yummy to do with fresh pears as a dessert.
Some places have smaller portions for lunch, others don't. The place we get from does not, so we get huge portions for the cheaper lunch price.
For $9 +/- we'll both have dinner tonight and leftovers for lunch tomorrow
Sometimes we'll even split one dish from the lunch menu and just get one extra egg roll on the side, (it comes with one), so dinner is around $6 for us both.

For any who were waiting with baited breath, I decided that with the pears, less was more. I simply sliced them with an apple corer/wedger, sprinkled the slices with a light dusting of Penzey's vanilla sugar, and they were a GREAT dessert.
