Hamburg Shepard's Pie and a tossed salad! I use creamed corn and add frozen corn and peas to my burger/onion mix. Sometimes I add brown gravy as well. Depends on my mood.

I'm making baked coconut shrimp tonight. You make a crispy coating with coconut and panko, after dipping in flour, then egg white. Bake it in the oven til the shrimp is cooked, and hopefully they are as good as the fried kind. Sauce is made with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, and dijon.
I remember trying Oprah's chef, Rosie's, oven fried french fries with egg whites, and they were very good, so I'm eager to try the shrimp.
