DH and I both had chicken soup from that wonderful Mexican restaurant. It is so good and it makes me feel a little better. Still under the weather. Maybe tomorrow.....

Tonight I am making beef and noodles. I made some egg noodles with carbalose flour(not as good as regular egg noodles but not bad) and am just waiting for the kitchenaid so I can make the noodles. DD is using it to making a mud pie for desert. I hope it's good. It has a chocolate nut crust and is low carb. I am also making fried green tomatoes.

BBQ'd Montreal Steak marinated chuck-eye steak (better and cheaper than rib-eye in my opinion), garlic bread and fresh salad! YUMM!

Broiled chicken breasts, beets and fried rice. No this isn't the rice from cooking it last week seems my fried rice was such a hit they wanted me to cook another batch of rice. Nothing fancy just green onions, scrambled eggs and soy sauce go figure. Oh I do cook my rice in chicken broth.
