Just fried up some "mashed potatoes", 5 hand cut slices of arkansas Bacon, 2 eggs over easy, and my "home made gravy...yikes...super good...

Tried to rep you but couldn't. I have been hurting for some comfort food since I haven't had any real comfort food in a while.

Anyhow, it's left over chicken veggie brown rice stirfry for me.

Chicken fajitas with fried rice (it is kind of a cross between Asian fired rice and Mexican rice) made by my husband. It's the only thing he makes that doesn't contain wild game.

I didn't feel like going into anything with great detail,so we had:

lean turkey burgers w/ those multigrain flatbread

french fries

Fried ham steak, rice & black beans with onions & salsa, collard greens, lacy corn bread, fruit cake & tea.....yum!
