We're also having fish tonight, Jamie Oliver's Fish Pie.

It's cod pieces in a white sauce with peas, carrots and onions, topped with mashed potato and baked. Delicious!

Made polenta this afternoon, now it's chilling, and I will slice it and pan fry it tonight and top it with marinara and parmesan, and, if I feel like going to the store, sauteed mushrooms and grilled sausage.

Have to ask, are you ITALIANO, i had Polenta so much growing up, it was unreal. Had not had polenta in such a long long time, one thing i have not bothered to make. If you are Italian, do you happen to have a receipe for pepper bisquits and Wandee's with the honey and power sugar.
