So far I have either asparagus vinaigrette (cold) or roasted asparagus (hot).
Alouette - ham roll-ups.
More alouette spread and sourdough crackers.
Blackberries and blueberries with whipped cream.
Need to peruse fridge and add another dish or two.
Add my congratulations to the list, Satx56!
Debsi: I was also awake all night! You should have called me! I fell asleep at around 10pm, woke at 1am, and THAT WAS IT! I couldn't fall back asleep. I'm so freaking giddy right now from being overtired. Good thing I work from home -- and am doing NO WORK.
We went for VD dinner on Saturday night so as to avoid the VD restaurant madness. We went for Peruvian food. It was good stuff.
I feel badly now, though, because we have nothing special in the house -- I haven't been to the grocery store because of this darn broken leg -- and, even though we did our VD meal on Saturday, I don't just want to throw pasta in the pot and call it dinner. So, my dear hubby is going to pick something up.
We ended up doing Valentine's day dinner last night - steak/lobster tail/baked potato/salad.
So tonight it's baked spaghetti. I'm trying to decide on a recipe now. We have regular boiled spaghetti a fair amount, but I can't remember the last time I made baked spaghetti in the oven. Dh is in the mood for it and it is Valentine's day...
Well, settled for a small burger on the way home from hospital. Spent 7 sleepless hours waiting for our little magic 2nd Gbaby arrival! LOL! All is well but I need some sleep. Had some pizza rolls to help fill void just now!

No special Valentines Dinner, we did that on the weekend. Tonight is a Gourmand's delight! Baloney fried in ketchup on toast and a homemade Greek salad. Huh?

Isn't insomnia the WORST?! I hate it. Hope hubby brought something good home.
I went with asparagus vinaigrette (warm/room temp), the ham roll ups, goat cheese and french bread, and baked mashed sweet potato. The blackberries and blueberries look so pretty in the bowl together. I must admit DH brought me a small box of chocolates too.
I have a Yankee pot roast simmering on the stove and it smells awesome Sides will be carrots, spinach, and mashed potatoes and gravy.
