Bought can of crab claw meat at Fresh Market and will put about a cup of it in deli potato soup to make impromptu crab bisque. Salad of mixed green, pine nuts and sliced pear. Oh, and dare I say it, baguette croutons fried in bacon fat.
Did a crockpot of black beans to freeze some, so I am thinking fish tacos with blackened halibut along with them...some oven-roasted tomatoes and garlic, and a loaf of no-knead bread for something tomorrow going after a day of howling wind and pouring rain in the desert...my poor dogs...
