Yankee Pot Roast, with mashed taters, carrots, peas, corn(for hubby), rye bread and salad.

Ghiradeli brownies...yummy and fresh strawberries and melon for dessert

I think I'm going to make chicken stir fry tonight which I have never had or made before - Just not sure if I'll make white or fried rice

Gosh - life was so boring before! I used to make the same thing week after week. Cooking is not my favorite thing and I never had the time or desire to try it before - but the last couple of months have been fun trying and making what seem to be common recipes for most that are new to us! And my family is loving it too! Its been surprising how much we thought we wouldn't like but actually really enjoy! And I get some great ideas from this thread! Thanks all!
