By George I've got it, I've really got it.

We're going to have turkey sliders on sweet hawaiian rolls with jalapeno jelly and chopped onion on each. Broccoli and fruit will round out the meal.

We have decided we will be having chicken casserole tonight. Its easy and you can change it up however you want! Base recipe is cooked elbow noodles, 3 cans cream of chicken soup (I use 98% FF), 1 or 1.5 soup cans of milk, and cooked chicken (cooked however you want!). Then add whatever spices you want - I usually add some garlic powder, paprika, and parsley. Depending on my mood I might add some Rosemary or Thyme...or both ...or maybe some basil...the possibilities are endless!

I'm just tired and lazy today after a busy week at work. It's take home Minestrone Soup and Salad with Breadsticks from Olive Garden for me! :-) Happy weekend to all!

Sounds absolutely delicious, Nan!

Tonight's dinner is mac and cheese with tuna sandwiches.

I had a big lunch today and I'm still pretty full...So tonight it'll be grilled chicken breast over salad. I think I'll brew some green tea and put some wedges of citrus in it - light, soothing and refreshing.
