Tonight I made Baked Talapia, with lemon, grilled garlic & ginger large shrimp, fried rice with shrimp pieces and wilted spinach Our Samoyed was happy too, since it was her 7th birthday and we put a couple of pieces of shrimp and a little fish in her regular food.

I had something I fix quite a lot
Stir Fried Veggies (Broccoli, Corn, Mushrooms, Snow Peas, Bell Pepper, Water Chestnut,) in a Asian style sauce, served over jasmine rice and some veggie egg rolls.

Thursday night we are having (turkey) tacos! I will pretend they are beef. It's important to have a rich fantasy life.
