Corned Beef and Cabbage with some carrots, potatoes...and Irish Soda Bread (that is a dessert, right? lol) I also am planning on letting the kids make cupcakes and decorate them with green sugar
All of this will be a first for me ...first time eating corned beef and cabbage...first time making it...and the outlaws are joining us ...wish me luck lol
I'm making a bouillabaisse (with lobster, halibut, cod and mussels) with sauce Rouille, and served with a freshly baked baguette. I haven't made it before so we'll see if I just threw a ton of money down the toilet at the grocery store yesterday. I'm not making the stock from scratch but not all recipes insist on that. I guess we'll see how it turns out.

Seriously??? How do you expect me to get from HERE to THERE in time for dinner? Because this totally sounded like an invitation!
Your dinner sounds like it'll be delicious. Enjoy it... and save me the leftovers!!!!
DH made fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, applesauce, and biscuits.
