Made-from-scratch turkey pot pie. It's easy --- and lots better than the frozen variety.

Grilled flank steak and saute swiss chard. WOW I even have to admit that this one blew me away with the sweetness of the steak and the bitterness of the chard.

For the steak you need

1 nice flank stake
1 bottle of *****pper Sauce
1/2 bottle Tabasco Steak Sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Kamora Coffee Liqueur

Mix all together and marinate the steak at least 3 hours, over night is even better.

Get your grill as hot as you can and place the meat on it
Cook for 5 minuets then flip
Cook 5 minuets more and remove
Place in foil for 10 minuets to let the meat rest
Take the marinate sauce and reduce by half
Slice meat into 1/4" slices, pour reduced sauce over meat and cover with foil

For the swiss chard

1 bunch fresh swiss chard, washed and sliced into 1/2" pieces
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp butter
1 tbsp bacon. minced
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper t taste

Separate the stems from the leaves and slice into 1'2 pieces
Saute stems and bacon in oil and butter until tender
Add garlic and leaves and saute until wilted
Sprinkle with cheese and add salt and pepper to taste

I cooked the chard first then removed it from the heat and covered the pan with a lid. Grilled the meat, let it rest while reducing the marinade, sliced the meat, covered it with the reduced marinade and served it.

I have to brag because this was awesome, damn this was good.

Hope you guys enjoy, gotta go cook black beans for tomorrow.

Ciao
