Tuna sandwiches on toasted 12-grain bread.
The tuna fish will have this stuff added to it:

mayo
Miracle Whip
pickle relish (of course)
chopped red onion and apple.

I believe it was "Sillypups" who told me about stir frying chunks of chicken for something different and good. So I'm going to stir fry some chicken chunks in olive oil with bell peppers and onions and put it in flour tortillas for dinner here tonight!

So uninspired. We have vowed to use up the leftovers in the fridge and the some of the leftover Nutrisystem food in the cupboard before it expires. We're having company roll in for the next week or so and want to clean out the fridge. We'll make up for it later.

......and maybe for variety, use very fresh home-made Sourdough Bread---nice and warm and soft

.....some chopped up Green Peppers
.....some chopped up celery
.....seasoned with some "Lemon-Pepper"...
