It was delicious. I also added carrots. It was so colorful Hubby said food isn't supposed to be colorful
They are very good...at least the ones I had years ago. They were a gift
Hubby had his T-bone last night from the grocery store...it was terrible.
Tonight- Grilling again BBQ chicken breast with corn on the cob and more grilled veggies.
Yes, those Omaha steaks were wonderful for sure. Funny thing is we quit smoking a couple of years ago but keep getting emails from Marlboro for ads and contests--well DH won 6 steaks for Omaha steaks from Marlboro. We'd probably never buy them as they are just to expensive but they sure were a treat!
No ideas yet for dinner tonight...suppose to be in the high 90's with high humidity so not even sure if I'll feel like eating much less cooking.
DH fired up the grill late Saturday and bbq'd boneless country ribs, chicken and sirloin kabobs (with peppers, mushrooms, onions and tomato) We have enough for one more meal. Sides: pasta salad, slaw, deviled eggs and wine!

Grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, deviled eggs, li'l smokies in sauce, fruit salad, pound cake with homemade strawberry glaze... little of this, little of that - you know how it goes.
The only things dressed up will be the burgers and hot dogs.
I think DH and I will be having hamburgers and hotdogs off the grill - but I have so much lasagna leftover, that we might have that.
