Hubby had cut up chicken with gravy. That's all he wanted.

I had 2/3 of a veggie Subway sandwich with everything except mayo or oil. The first third I ate for lunch.

I went grocery shopping at 6 AM. I went to several grocery stores. Didn't get home until 3. I am exhausted. We were out of everything.Just putting it all away was rough. Now I'm too tired to make dinner.
Hubby is making himself an egg sandwich & eating peanuts...go figure...

Tried something different tonight. I tossed diced marinated chicken breast, fresh broccoli florets, and Velveeta cheese with rigatoni pasta.

It turned out OK. A lot less salty than the packaged stuff out of the box.

Beef Stir-Fry w/red bell peppers/zucchini/leeks/parsnips/garlic/hoisin sauce.

1/2 hour prep time, 1/2 hour standing at the wok (had to do it in batches), swearing under my breath: This better be good!

Good? I just finished my 2nd bowl! Out of this world!!!

Tonite later, Egg Fried Rice, and thanks to Maggie2101, I'm adding some bacon!
