I miss having Filipino friends!! Every once in a blue moon I'll make lumpia. It is labor-intensive, but so worth it.

Last night we had chicken marsala, served over mashed potatoes (skin on). It was delicious. I made enough so that we'd have leftovers for another meal. That'll be tomorrow night.

Tonight we'll probably have breakfast for dinner: eggs, turkey bacon, pancakes.
