peanut butter and jelly sandwich

i could barely touch my father's day dinner due to huge lunch (boston market rotisserie chicken, 2 corn breads, creamed spinach, sweet potato casserole, cinnemon apples, corn, steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, lots of carvel ice cream cake) so i left over all the stir fry noodles with veggies and chicken. i let my wife have it and she will give me the veggies since she doesnt like veggies.

Spaghetti...maybe some sweet potato fries for a snack later. Gkids are over!

Roast beef in cream of mushroom soup over white rice, sweet corn, okra salad.

Leftover hot wings, spinach & avocado salad, rice & black beans, cherries for dessert

Thursday we are heading to our local Red Lobster to take advantage of their $15 special.

Its so insanely hot here that all I could summon up was tomato, basil and mozzarella salad with some balsamic vinaigrette and some good bread...praying for rain in these parts.
