not having the rice afterall: we are having grilled veggies and a little bit of Tortalini (spelling) left in the freezer from God knows how long ago.

The lasagna that I assembled yesterday morning is currently in the oven.

The noise that's going on in the kitchen now is, presumably, my husband making garlic bread.

DH made his standard Sunday dinner--stewed beef over rice. We also tried a combo of broccoli and cauliflower, which was really good.

Since our kitchen is closed, we found ourselves at Red Robin. Had a guacamole bacon burger and sweet iced tea.

Hubby had sausage and peppers with sauce over pasta and Italian bread.

I used up the rest of the Italian bread and made French toast with fresh strawberry topping..and a slice of ham. Now I feel like I have a log in my stomach

Your husband makes garlic bread? What a keeper!

I made parmesan breaded chicken tonight with rice (threw a couple of boullion cubes in the water for some flavor) and broccoli.
