Big salad--Spring mix, romaine, bacon, boiled eggs, cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms, green pepper, olives, jalepeno pepper. Yum!

After a busy few weeks, and driving 2 kids down to AZ from MN for a month this summer....Kylee (7) was bored so we made homeade wheat waffles with pumpkin spice (we even separated the eggs and whipped the whites to fold in and she says "gramma they're crabby and won't mix) she thought I was making bubble stuff and we had smoked turkey sausage on the side...lots of leftovers for breakfasts as I doubled and they said 4 servings..right

something very light, probably hamburgers and nothing else or maybe taco salad, but we had Mexican last night so I don't know about it twice in 2 nights.

DH is going to grill a ribeye and a sausage or two. Sliced tomatoes, watermelon.

Kind of a warm night for a roast, but that's what we're having.

Dinner tonight will be: Roast, baked new potatoes, salad, fresh strawberries.
