I'm cooking out of a Weight Watchers 15 minute meal cookbook lately, and have been pleasantly surprised.

Last night, it was Talapia fish filets with a shallot and white wine with tarragon cream sauce (delish), and tonight, smothered cube steaks with "smashed" potatoes (fat-free buttermilk stood in for the usual butter). Even my picky son, age 18, loved the meal. Mom drank a little too much of the white wine while cooking, however.

Low cal chocolate cream pie and sliced fresh peaches for dessert.
As for the losing weight part, only time will tell. Seems to me the food taste far too good...

I'm trying to loose the 4 pounds I gained on vacation. So I had yogurt, a banana, and a Butterfinger. Guess I better start a sensible diet plan tomorrow.

Love getting ideas here.

I made a 7 layer taco dip for dinner. Cut up some fresh veggies to go with it. I thought I'd hear some complaints, but apparently it made everyone happy! Imagine that!
