Hope everyone is safe and has their power and everything they need. I've had the laze in this heat and haven't been posting, but we've been eating well.

Roast chicken; spicy hm sweet potato fries; huge salad

Polynesian style veggie stir fry (w/pineapple); jasmine rice

BBQ ribs; sweet corn

Vegetarian lentil soup loaded w/veggies and topped with fresh shaved parmesan cheese

Made some buttered garlic (light butter) egg noodles and grilled lemon chicken breast, sliced thinly and mixed in with the noodles.

Grilled cheese and salad with cucumber, pluots, tomatoes and apricot/mustard dressing.
