We are having tostados and that is it...But mine are more like taco salad and as hot as it is going to be today, that is all we will want. Yes, 100 plus again, just when we thought it had disappeared for the season.

Big salad for us this evening, avocado, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and eggs with home made mayonnaise. Chocolate and Rosemary Ice Cream for me and Salted Caramel Popcorn Ice Cream for Hubby for dessert.

Moose reminded me I have some ripe avocados, so maybe a salad too.

No clue. All week & next I work til 7 or 8pm and get home too famished to think creatively, or want to spend any time.
I've been doing scrambled eggs with a burger patty and sliced tomatoes, hot dogs with Alexia frozen onion rings & frozen sweet potato fries monday & tuesday. Tonight it will probably be a grilled Johnsonville italian sausage pattie grilled with onions & peppers on a bolillios roll, or a grilled Johnsonville bratwurst pattie with mustard & kraut on the same type roll.
I gotta get some good veggies in me - tomorrow. LOL! Maybe a giagantum antipasto/salad tomorrow.? We'll see.

Eating the last of the Mexican lasagna this evening.
I've been pickling jalapenos today, going out to the garden in a bit to plant fall crop basil, tarragon, and oregano.
I'm determined to have enough pesto to last this year, and am also trying to grow enough herbs to dry so I dont have to buy any from the store.....so far, so good!

We are having a smorgasbord of leftovers: chicken parm and spaghetti, burgers, and garlicky spinach.
