i think the leftovers are done and i didnt prepare anything to be ready for tonight. so its probably going to be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. man i love those pb&j's!

I have some albacore thawing. If it's ready by dinnertime, I will either broil it or use my stovetop smoker. Brown rice medley from Trader Joe's and sauteed snap peas on the side.

If it doesn't thaw enough, tonight will be turkey meatloaf, steamed baby potatoes, and sauteed brussels sprouts.

I have some chicken thawing, and a huge bunch of basil in the fridge that I cut yesterday....thinking pesto, guess I should get busy making some foccacia to go with it, but its sooooooo beautiful outside, I'm having a hard time even thinking about going inside!

im gonna show you guys my peanut butter storage area. my wife thinks im crazy but when i have a coupon that can put the cost of a peanut butter jar at 29 cents, i cant help but buy as many jars as i have coupons. i go through about a jar every 1-2 weeks, so it will go.

Thanks for all the sweet words guys! DS will be home about 14 days and guess what? HE IS GETTING MARRIED WHILE HE IS HERE! I know how hard it's going to be when he goes right back to Iraq after getting married! BOO!!!!

Anyhow, we are having leftovers tonight, and I am going to make a strawberry cake with strawberry icing. Not from scratch! LOL
