Last night I breaded & baked a whole tray of chicken cutlets. I wound up serving them with brown gravy.

To make the leftover chicken cutlets different tonight, I'll add sweet and sour duck sauce to the top and stick them under the broiler for just a couple of minutes, until the sauce crystallizes. I have leftover garlic mashed potatoes and just have to choose a vegetable.

Last night was chicken, mashed potatoes, and mustard and turnip greens.

Tonight is shredded bbq beef, baked beans, and whatever else I can dig up. I forgot to get corn on the cob at the grocer and we are out of the fresh frozen stuff already.
