This week's dinner selections will include a few leftovers from Christmas Eve (roast tenderloin of beef slices which will be sided with mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes which will now be topped with bacon bits, ranch, and chives). I'll likely do that tomorrow. And tonight, it will be Chinese food at Great Wall in Frisco (peppered beef, shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice among my choices).
