We may try something a bit wacky tonight. I'll see if we can make steamed broccoli smothered with enchilada sauce and jack cheese with tortillas, rice and beans on the side.
A garlic stuffed roast loin of pork with the ribs attached, oven roasted potatoes, brazed carrots, cole slaw. Apple pie with whipped cream and lots of wine!
Butter beans, turnip roots, and corn bread. I may whip up some sort of meat, I haven't decided yet. I'll also make up a batch of sweet tea. I haven't had any in forever.
