At Costco we like these items:

- Trident Seafood Fish Sticks. Best fish sticks we've ever eaten, wife especially loves them.

- Kirkland's Chilean Sea Bass. Expensive at $46.99 for a 1.5 pound bag, but better than any Chilean Sea Bass we've had in restaurants.

- Kirkland's Organic Diced Tomatoes. We use these in bison chili. Among the brands of diced tomatoes we've tried over the years this brand adds incredible depth of flavor, a night and day kind of difference.

- Great Range Ground Bison. We love it for bison chili, made on stovetop in an hour.

- Trident Seafood Salmon Cakes. Wife hates Salmon but these frozen patties are a favorite of mine to make a quick Salmon burger.

- Morning Star Farms Black Bean Chipotle Veggie Burgers. These frozen 4 oz patties, 2 minutes in a microwave, are great with a slice of cheese on an Orowheat whole wheat flat sandwich round. Healthy AND good.

- Trident Seafood Battered Cod. Great for making our own 'fish and chips' at home.

- Pot roast. We've had decent pot roasts from Safeway but hands down our favorite beef pot roasts start in the meat case at Costco. Two to a package and USDA Choice at $4.59/pound.

- Lasagna. The Kirkland frozen lasagnas are the best ones on the market, way better than Stouffer's.

I don't care if Costco food items are more expensive than some other places. We really TRUST this company to provide high quality, safe foodstuffs and we don't think twice about their prices.
