Not having anything on the list so I couldn't vote.

We do fish on Christmas Eve and Lasagna or Manicotti for Christmas dinner

I picked ham because that is what my mom did every year, so that is what I do every year.

I so much wish I could make the traditional rib roast with Yorkshire Pudding of my childhood, but its off to the in-laws on Christmas where they have cold cuts and soup.

We go out for Chinese every Xmas eve. Started as a tradition with my wife because my folks live 2+ hours away from us, and her mother. So we'd get Chinese (the only thing open).

The tradition lives on because I'm so sick of Turkey and "traditional" food by Xmas, that the chinese is nice. With more options moving into the area, we might have to expand to Thai or Vietnamese, as we both like them much better. When we started almost 20 years ago, there were not many options in our area.

I would vote for lamb, but it would not fly with my daugher, nor my MIL.

I have lasagna for years because it was so easy if I made it the day before and then just had to bake it. Now that my girls are all teens we started having prime rib about 4 years ago. I thought that is what we were going to have but now some want seafood and one wants spare ribs. We will see but I really do want the prime rib.

we have a traditional soup, from my mothers town in Italy, lasagne, chicken, and some seafood......

xmas eve is seafood only. I am not sure why.... just has always been that way.
