Beyond normal salt and pepper, I think most of mine focuses on garlic, paprika, chili powder, red pepper, cardamom, sage, poultry seasoning, oregano, basil, and cilantro. And of course for baking during certain times of the year cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. None of which means I don't have a couple dozen others that I bought for something specific.
I grow sage, thyme, basil and parsley in the window and use them a lot. Most used packaged are hot paprika, caraway, bay leaves, celery seed, nutmeg, and black pepper. That makes the ten I use most often.

Great thread! It's hard to pick 10. I had to get up and look in my cabinet!
Salt (Himalayan pink right now), cumin, garlic, turmeric, ginger, cilantro/coriander, and then hot peppers normally roasted fresh, are what I use the most right now. Then, I use fresh veggies in things for flavor like celery, onion, carrots, green/red peppers, etc.
