I've got two big catfish fillets coming out of the pan in less than two minutes from now.
I'll have a sandwich and a fillet on the side!

Home-made meat loaf (Used Hunts Meatloaf sauce in a can, it's wonderful), and home made mac & cheese, waay to caloric with two kinds of cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese baked in it. Sweet tea to drink.

4:20 a.m. ~ Just got up out of bed and thought, "oh boy, I'm gonna make me a big bowl of leftover spaghetti! So here I sit, with a very big bowl of thin spaghetti with this great meat primavera sauce, topper with parmesan-romano cheese. It's a happy start to this Sunday!
Oh - and I did my favorite spaghetti trick, too.....I add a bunch of water into the bowl, right over the sauce and all, and then heat it in the microwave. Why? Because it then replicates the great spaghetti of the cafeteria when you were in school. Makes the spaghetti stay hot longer, too.
