I'm having another round of ham. I made a whole 13.40 pound ham today so it's gonna be ham day and night for quite a while. And some big chunks of good bread.

It sure IS a lot of ham, Moosie! LOL! I've never seen so much ham! I will have to load up a bunch of one gallon freezer bags with plenty of ham slices and chunks for later use! ...and there's so much besides that - I'll be eating ham around the clock! I must say, the whole ham did bake to perfection! Yaaayyy!

Well Americans never do things by halves , and after all your fridges and freezers tend to be the size of small European Nations so I suppose if you have it flaunt it Darling ! I love Ham ( and all "Piggy" products) but I am not sure how much I could eat of it on a regular basis.... Have you ever made your own Bacon ?

How many Hammy recipes do you have ?
