Yup when its baked nice it forms a good crispy skin I will admit I've read its not the healthiest thing to eat though because the skin over time has absorbed the pollutants of the water the fish has been in....but then you could say the same for the entire fish :P

Why no salmon??

I eat it the skin, especially if it was wood-grilled.


About the scaled skin comment, I couldn't imagine eating fish that wasn't scaled. Just doesn't seem right unless you're in a outdoors environment for survival.
