My wife eats one of these every morning:

They are $1.99 apiece, though, so obviously not cheap.

I found that a local dairy is making a Greek-style yogurt, now, and it is being stocked at my local grocery, and it costs .99 per cup, which is still more costly than the regular variety, but is the cheapest I've seen it. I got a couple for lunches this week...tried the vanilla, the plain, and clementine-flavored. All were good.

I've heard that it contains less liquid, so that might be where the stronger taste is coming from.

I eat the Chobani Greek Yogurt now and prefer it over the sticky consistancy of Yoplait and Dannon and the store brand. Where I am it is 99cents. and comes in Honey, Blueberry, Strawberry, Banana, Pineapple or Peach, and of course plain.

It's great for making a salad dressing for a Greek salad. Wisk it together with olive oil, oregano, chunks of onions and red peppers over some lettuce and tomatoes. Add chunks of feta.

I had some sugar free Dannon at my mom's the other day ... ewwwwwww! I'm spoiled.

My favorite grocery store just started carrying Chobani lemon and mango flavors. They are delicious.

That sounds real good, Nan. Nice ideas. I'm wondering what it would be like with Jello powder mixed into it. Really...
lime, raspberry....whatever you want. Sounds weird but I'll bet it would be pretty O.K..

I like it alot! I'm not a fan of yogurt at all but this I can tolerate! I use it quite often in place of sour cream.

What a good idea. Now I'm kicking myself for not picking up a big tub of Fage plain when I went to Costco!
