Ohh, from the first bite of Greek yogurt I was hooked. The brand I bought from a little market in Seattle I can't find in Oklahoma. Don't remember the name. But, Greek Goddess is my favorite. I like the fig, the honey, well, all of them.

Has anyone tried Bulgarian yogurt? It pours more like a Kefir than a yogurt. I found it in Whole Foods, and it's packaged in a jar like a mayo jar. I have to add honey to the plain, but it's good.

Chobani! That's the name of the brand I bought from the little market in Seattle. Loved it.

costco has chobanis for a little under a buck each. but then you are limited to 3 flavors, 4 of each. probably better to keep an eye out for a deal in a supermarket that offers them for $1 a piece and you can choose more flavors. there is also some greek yogurt deal for a buck by me. i dont get it because its too expensive of a snack for me.

I must've just picked a bad brand...everyone on here is raving about how great it is and honestly I can't see how if it tastes anything like the yoplait greek yogurt.

I'll have to try the chobani or fage

Honestly, every other brand I've tried has been better than the Yoplait version of Greek-style.

I recommend the Greek Gods brand, too. The texture is a little creamier than Chobani and some of the others, but the flavor is unique. I love Greek Gods brand.

Thanks for the suggestions - I'll give some more a try - there was an awful aftertaste with the yoplait, but I guess that's not usual.

Fage (expensive!) and Chobani (more reasonable) are my favorites; I thought Yoplait was nasty. I'll have to try the Greek Goddess. I haven't tried Oikos yet, either; it, too, is a little more expensive than Chobani.

i just bought one of each...Fage and Chobani. Fage was on sale for 1.00. I also saw Dannon Greek yogurt, but after my experience with Yoplait I'm a bit skeptical. Hindsight - I should have bought it and tried it, it's on sale for 55 cents. Will try one of the others later today or tomorrow

Default yogurt

I prefer Chobani as well....usually buy the plain and then add a bit of jam or cinnamon/vanilla etc, as the flavored yogurt has a lot of sugar. I really like the added protein in the Greek yogurt, since I eat mostly vegetarian foods.
