pretty much anything you can think of.

Are you wanting to get some meal ideas ???
Fried eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, hash browns
Are you wanting some goody ideas ?
Cookies, brownies, cakes, pies, etc...etc...

I'm confused ... You can bake anything in an electric oven you could bake in any other kind of oven. Unless you mean a countertop oven? And in that case, you can bake anything in it that fits.

Which reminds me, I've got a turkey thawing in the basement fridge ...
