Do you know any other doctors? Are they as diligent as you are? How many patients to you see per hour? How many minutes a year do you spend thinking about each of your patients, on average?

How many of your patient files have any data in them that you have gathered and written down by asking them about their usual diet?

I can't think of a condition that requires such diet.

I am capable of going on a fast for many months if I have to, so whatever restrictions the doctor imposed on me would be very easy to follow. Other than pizza, waffles, pancakes, eggs, and my favorite won-ton soup, there is no food that I would miss.

It's unlikely for a conventional mainstream doctor to adjust the diet in the way that would really help my health, but for the purpose of this thread and hypothetically speaking, I will join the discussion.
If the change of the diet made me feel better, more energetic and alert, hell yes I would stick to it. The removal of starch, sugar and processed foods still leave a big selection of food on the table. Occassionally I would cheat and eat sweets, but I would try to stick to the diet as closely as possible.
